The introduction of solid foods begins at a critical period when eating habits are being developed.

Available today we have three options for our infants and toddlers...

Jarred baby food - is cooked at extremely high temperatures so it can sit for years. Over processing removes a lot of nutrients leaving food bland and tasteless. (Would you want to eat it?)

Frozen baby food - which although offers a higher nutrient than jarred food the longer these foods stay frozen the more nutrients are lost along with flavor and texture.

Fresh baby food - Nutrients, flavor and texture are not lost.  When an infant and toddler grows up on fresh foods full of flavor and texture they know no other way to eat and as a result meal time becomes less stressful for all involved.
